Draft for review before public commercial use. These general website terms are informational and should be checked against the final services, payment approach and applicable law. A signed project agreement controls commissioned work.
01 / 10About these terms
SDB Web Studio is the independent freelance website development and SEO practice of Dineshbabu. These website terms describe general enquiry and project discussion principles. They do not by themselves form a signed client services agreement.
02 / 10Enquiries and estimates
Visitors can contact the studio to discuss a project. Budget options in the enquiry form start at ₹500 to allow small requests to be described; this is not a published fixed price, minimum service guarantee or commitment to complete a website for ₹500. Any price, deliverables, taxes, payment stages and exclusions require a separate written proposal or agreement.
03 / 10Project scope and approvals
Before work begins, the client and freelancer should agree in writing on deliverables, content responsibilities, technology, revisions, timescales, handover, and acceptance criteria. New features, substantial revisions or changes outside scope may need separate estimates and approval.
04 / 10Client materials
Clients are responsible for supplying lawful, accurate text, business details, images, logos and access they are authorized to share. Third-party imagery, fonts, video, plugins and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective terms.
05 / 10Domains, hosting and external tools
Domain registration, hosting, email services, third-party subscriptions, analytics, platform licences and paid integrations are not included unless explicitly listed in an agreed proposal. External providers control their own availability, billing and policies.
06 / 10Timelines, changes and support
Delivery dates depend on project scope, timely feedback and access to required materials. Launch, future maintenance, technical support, backups and response times should be separately agreed. No ongoing support is implied without that agreement.
07 / 10Design, source code and ownership
Ownership, permitted use, licences and source-code handover for commissioned work should be settled in the project agreement. Third-party assets and pre-existing tools may have separate licences. Portfolio demonstrations on this site are fictional concepts and are not evidence of client results.
08 / 10SEO and performance expectations
SEO work can improve technical and content foundations but cannot guarantee indexing, ranking, traffic, conversions or revenue. Search engines and service providers determine their own results and eligibility. Google Business Profile guidance is relevant only to businesses that meet platform requirements.
09 / 10Cancellation, refunds and disputes
Cancellation, deposits, milestone payments, refunds, revisions and the handling of incomplete work should be clearly set out in the signed project agreement before any payment. If a concern arises, contact Dineshbabu using the details below so it can be discussed promptly.
10 / 10Privacy and updates
The project enquiry form prepares an email draft; it does not submit data to a website database. Please read the Privacy Notice for details. These draft terms may be revised, especially when hosting, form processing or commercial arrangements change.
